Returns Policy

At Biobe, we want you to feel good about the products you receive. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason.
To be eligible:

The item can show typical wear and tear, but must not be significantly damaged.

Proof of purchase (like an order number or confirmation email) is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
To start a return, just email us at info@biobe.org with your order number and reason for return. We'll walk you through next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

If a return is missing key components or is significantly damaged beyond normal use, we may reduce or deny the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@biobe.org with a brief description and photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return shipping needed.
