5. Returns and Refunds

6. Preorders

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You are reserving a product before it is available to ship.

  • Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page but are not guaranteed. We will notify you of any significant delays.

  • Payment is collected at the time of placing your preorder to reserve your item in the production queue.

  • You may request a cancellation or refund of your preorder at any time before the item ships. To request a cancellation, please email us at info@biobe.org.

  • We reserve the right to cancel a preorder and issue a full refund for any reason, including but not limited to production issues or insufficient inventory.
